RETURNS PROCEDURE

What can I return?

You can return any item which is faulty or defective.  You can also return any items which are unopened, un-used and un-damaged.  For a full refund, you must return the items within 14 days of delivery, and you must inform us after no more than 7 days of delivery that you are planning to return them.

 

What is the Returns Procedure?

1.     Email us at websales@ecolifegizmos.co.uk, stating which items you wish to return together with your order reference number, which can be found at the bottom left hand corner of your invoice/receipt.  Please also include your name, address, daytime telephone number and reasons for the return.

2.      We will issue you with a Returns Reference Number (RRN) and Returns Label by email. 

3.      Pack your items securely, attach the Returns Label to the package and enclose the receipt and any product documentation or instructions.

Note: If the goods are faulty, Eco-life Gizmos will pay for the return carriage cost.  Proof of posting costs must also be enclosed or emailed to the above address.

 

When will I get my refund?

Your payment will be refunded within 30 days of the receipt of the unwanted goods.
